The picture to the left is Staff Sgt Hart Naval/Marine Corps In-Flight Air Crew Tech, Navigator and Avionics NCOIC from 1963 to 1970. 

The picture below was taken just prior to his beginning the 50th Class of Offocer Candidate School in Quantico, VA

Some of his Squadron Patches are shown below for both active a reserve time until 1985.

The picture to the left is in 1966 when Sgt Hart was the Avionics NCOIC at Kaneohe Manie Corps Air Station in Hawaii. The base provided air transport refueling and combat support for Naval and Marine Aircraft in the Pacific.
